Production Associate I - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do

• You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line.
• You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Removes finished parts; visually inspects to assure quality; moves parts to designated area.
• Trips/dips/hot wire burns finished parts as required.
• Assembles, packs, seals, places prepares/places proper identification, and stacks finished parts.
• Uses gauges as required to check product.
• Completes and maintains records according to production and quality standards.
• Performs routine quality checks.
• Maintains cleanliness of areas.
• Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.
• Other duties as required.

What You’ll Need

• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
• Energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable
• Ability to learn new skills
• Team-oriented
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures
• Able to infrequently lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures
