Job Details

Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for the 3rd shift.

Shift 1 (first shift): 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Shift 3 (third shift): 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, Monday – Friday.

Shoe voucher/reimbursement benefits start on day one.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
  • Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
  • Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
  • Understand and carry out verbal instructions; read and follow simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules.
  • Use a tape measure, make fraction and decimal conversions, and inspect for product defects.
  • Operate any equipment needed to perform the job.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb on a continual basis (above shoulder height and below the waist).
  • Preferably experience in manufacturing.
  • Preferably experience reading a tape measure.

Schedule

Full‑time (30+ hours per week), Monday – Friday, 12‑hour shifts as detailed above.
