Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - Part Time

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for counting folded product and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. This position maintains the cleanliness of their work area and operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure. Meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation incentives, such as higher hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay
