Part Time Production Associate - Thornton Store

Job Summary

The Associate I, Retail Production will work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items, adhering to company quality standards and guidelines. They will sort items by type, hang, size, and price them, prepare them for sale, inspect and test items, and ensure the sales floor is well stocked and organized.

Essential Functions

• Maintain productivity standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale
• Inspect and test items as needed to ensure they are in good working condition
• Pricing items according to Goodwill standards of quality and value
• Ensure the sales floor area is well stocked, organized, and clean
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and fellow staff members
• Rotate or pull old or unsold products from the sales floor as needed
• Process E-Commerce product as assigned
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures
• Adhere to continuous improvement standards
• Follow all safety processes and procedures

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• One (1) year of retail experience is preferred
• Attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to use basic technologies and research product values
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate a dolly and pallet jack
• Variety of schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
