Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments, linens, and bulk products manually or using an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded items for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Adherence to the company attendance policy.
• Willingness to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Potentially pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to the folding station.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance against established production standards.

Full‑time, 1st shift.
