Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using an industrial garment folding machine. This role involves counting folded products and preparing bundles for delivery while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards for folding garments to earn additional compensation incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
