Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using industrial machinery.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product, counting folded items, and preparing bundles for delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Fold customer garments, linen, and bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
  • Count folded product accurately.
  • Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Adhere to production standards to qualify for additional compensation incentives.
  • Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to workstations as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of product.

How You Will Be Evaluated

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance. Additional earnings are tied to meeting or exceeding established production standards.
