Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division.
About the role
The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; compensation includes a base hourly rate plus additional incentives for exceeding production standards.
Responsibilities
- Hang customer garments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect garments for damage and identify repair needs (e.g., patching holes or tears).
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed established production standards for garment hanging.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures to complete tasks quickly.
- Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to prepare for folding.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
