Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards for hanging garments results in additional compensation.
Responsibilities
- Hang customer garments accurately and safely on hangers.
- Visually inspect garments to identify and address repair needs (e.g., patching holes or tears).
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed production standards for garment hanging to qualify for performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of the shift.
- Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.
