About the Role
The production associate assembles products using tools and automated equipment, such as drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws.
Responsibilities
- Follow written and visual instructions to retrieve parts and support production lines.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors.
- Collaborate to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
