Production Associate - Day Shift

About the role

As a Production Associate, you will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, following visual and written instructions to ensure smooth production. You will collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues and have opportunities to cross-train in multiple departments, increasing variety and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by drilling, measuring, cutting, and more
• Follow digital instructions to gather parts and maintain workflow
• Partner with supervisors to resolve mechanical and material challenges
• Cross-train in various departments for skill development and increased earnings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

Pay

Competitive starting pay of $18.50/hour, with higher evening shift rates.
