Production Associate - Day Shift

About the Role

As a production associate, you will be trained in assembling windows using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. You will read and follow visual and written instructions, communicate effectively in English, and work closely with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues. Cross-training in multiple departments is encouraged to add variety and increase earning potential.
