Production Associate (Cylinder Processor)
About the role
This role involves processing medical and industrial gas cylinders according to established plant guidelines and procedures. Tasks include conducting inspections, filling cylinders, operating and maintaining equipment, and completing quality control documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual, physical, and odor tests to inspect cylinders for need of retesting or repairs
- Unload and load product from a weekly shuttle truck
- Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment
- Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment
- Fill cylinders with necessary products
- Operate and maintain a forklift truck and other plant vehicles
- Complete and maintain quality control documentation
Requirements
- A high school degree or GED
- More than one (1+) year of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
- A strong mechanical background is preferred
- Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Pay
$21.36 - $31.32 per hour, depending on experience.
