Production Associate, Conversion- 2nd Shift, 3:10PM to 1:10AM - Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, testing, and packing products based on work instructions
• Providing accurate paperwork and record keeping
• Using measuring and test equipment
• Following company rules, policies, and OSHA/EPA regulations
• Completing all job duties of Inkjet-related production, including continuous roll operations, strip slitting, and cleaning
• Becoming proficient in Quality Inspection, material handling/flow, data gathering, and all applicable procedures/shop orders
• Preparing and maintaining records as required
• Assisting other team members as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Completing other duties as required by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in similar work centers with accuracy using calipers and micrometers
• Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Adherence to standard work practices
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Preferred: Experience working with steel microfibers
