Production Associate - B Shift | Peak Season

About the role

Production Associate – B Shift position in Rochester, NY for a busy printing facility during peak season (expected through mid‑December or longer). No prior production experience required. Temp‑to‑hire potential based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Reliable transportation recommended due to limited public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment
• Feed materials into machines and remove finished products
• Inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean work area
• Perform standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Reliable attendance
• Flexibility for mandatory overtime
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Production experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

Regular pay: $17.50 per hour. Overtime pay: $26.25 per hour.

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. Mandatory overtime may be required on Friday or Saturday as needed.
