Production Associate - A Shift | Peak Season

About the role

Looking to make some extra cash during peak season while getting your foot in the door for a potential long-term opportunity? We are hiring dependable Production Associates for a busy printing facility in Rochester. No previous production experience is required — training is provided!

Location: Rochester, NY (limited bus line access may not align with schedule)

Peak season is expected to run through mid-December or longer based on business needs. Temp-to-hire potential for strong performers.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Mandatory weekend overtime — must be flexible to work Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend overtime hours typically fall between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime may be a few additional hours or up to an 8-hour shift depending on business needs

Pay

• $17.00 per hour
• Overtime pay after 40 hours: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery
• Feed and remove materials from production machines
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Perform basic machine adjustments and follow production instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks as needed

• Reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation
