Production Associate
Starting pay: $17.95 per hour – Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Blend, measure, and produce raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Load and unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touch-up/rework, process rejects, and inspect parts coming down lines.
- Operate a hoist where necessary.
- Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
- Work in a production environment with appropriate safety procedures in place.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.

Pay
Starting pay is $17.95 per hour. PPG pay ranges and benefits vary by location to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets. Other incentives may apply based on skill sets, experience, training, qualifications, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
