Production Associate

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in forming, molding, assembling, finishing, or preparing products across various production areas.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to shape, refine, or prepare materials.
• Support production setup and breakdown activities.
• Maintain product quality and ensure consistency to company standards.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Accurately record production and/or labor tracking data as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Special Requirements

• Must have the ability to use basic hand tools.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Equipment Used

• Hand tools and production equipment applicable to assigned department.
• Computer for basic data entry.
• Safety equipment as required.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, lift, crouch, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items with assistance.
• Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, inspections, and adjustments.
