Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in forming, molding, assembling, finishing, or preparing products across various production areas.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to shape, refine, or prepare materials.
- Support production setup and breakdown activities.
- Maintain product quality and ensure consistency to company standards.
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
- Accurately record production and/or labor tracking data as needed.
- Adhere to safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Special Requirements
- Must have the ability to use basic hand tools.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Equipment Used
- Hand tools and production equipment applicable to assigned department.
- Computer for basic data entry.
- Safety equipment as required.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, lift, crouch, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive hand motions.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items with assistance.
- Moderate mental and visual attention required for performing manual work, inspections, and adjustments.
