About the Role
Performs tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, performing maintenance on, and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods while adhering to quality guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Perform basic measurements using tools such as microscopes.
- Work flexible and/or extended hours as required.
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
- Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, interpreting specifications, and basic math calculations).
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Must pass an eye exam contingent upon hire, including 20/30 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and a color vision exam.
Pay
$15/hr
Schedule
- 1st Shift (Day shift: 8 AM – 8 PM).
- E shift (3-2-2-3 rotation).
- 40 hours per week.
- 12-month contract duration.

US Citizens, Green Card (GC) Holders, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT.
