Production Associate - Apparel Grader

About the role

The Apparel Grader is responsible for accurately examining used customer garments and rating their long-term usefulness in accordance with company policies and standards. This role supports the Rental Division as a Production Associate, maintaining work area cleanliness and meeting or exceeding standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade used customer garments/apparel for long-term usefulness.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures to complete tasks quickly.
• Use a computer program to accomplish work tasks.
• Adhere to attendance policies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $15.00 - $18.75/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.

Schedule

Full-time, 1st shift.
