About the role

The Production Associate – Apparel Grader supports the Rental Division by accurately examining used customer garments/apparel and rating their long-term usefulness.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately examine used customer garments/apparel and rate their long-term usefulness.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
  • Maintain a standard for quantity and quality of work.
  • Use a computer program to accomplish work activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Willingness to use a computer program to accomplish work.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
