Production Associate - AIC Waterloo 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line.
• Pull parts according to assembly lines' requests.
• Remove parts and deliver them to specified departments.
• Arrange parts in racks and place racks on assembly line conveyor.

Qualifications

• Follow work instructions.
• Provide support during the production process.
• Clean metal surfaces for contamination such as grease and dust to ensure masking is secure.
• Utilize different materials.
• Wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain assigned tools.
• Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing).
• Bend, stand, sit, reach, and lift as needed.
• Utilize and perform proper lifting techniques.
• Understand quality control principles.
• Start and stop the production line when necessary.
• Able to lift parts up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and bend for extended periods of time.

$15 - $21 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
