About the role
As a Production Associate, you’ll train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of vinyl liners & covers production. Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks; to include working with machinery & small hand tools. Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

Requirements
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Sewing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the ability to multitask while working with a team, as well as independently.
- Capacity to work with one’s hands/small tools (coordination & dexterity).
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull & lift 10 to 50 lbs.
- Stand and/or sit for 8+ hour shifts.
- Reliable mode of transportation.

Pay
$18.45 hourly plus $1 shift differential. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Year-end bonus available.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site, 3rd shift.
