Production Associate (2nd Shift - Mon-Thurs)

About the role

We’re hiring for entry-level auto roles at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Positions include Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate at our inspection center located at 6161 Middle Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053.

Responsibilities

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers.
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners.
• Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects.

Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $16/hr.

Schedule

We offer two shifts at this location. All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

• First shift: Mon‑Fri 6 am‑3 pm.
• Second shift: Mon‑Thurs 4 pm‑3 am.
