About the role
We are looking for Assistant Line Leads in La Crosse, WI. This role involves carrying out various operator tasks, providing shift coverage, and training other operators.
Responsibilities
- Carry out various operator tasks in designated areas
- Provide shift coverage during employee breaks, vacations, and for training other operators
- Filling in for cross training
- Work in coordination with and in support of the Line Leader and all line specific functions as needed
- Be designated Line Leader during Line Leader absences

What This Role Is All About
We are looking for Assistant Line Leads in La Crosse, WI. Schedule Options: Assistant Line Lead arrives to the line 15+ minutes early prepared for the shift. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM The Assistant Line Lead is responsible for carrying out various operator tasks in designated areas; including to provide shift coverage during employee breaks, vacations and for training other operators, or filling in for cross training. The Assistant Line Lead will work in coordination with and in support of the Line Leader and all line specific functions as needed.
