Production Assistant - All Shifts & Crews

About the Role

We are seeking Production Associates to join our team. This role involves preparing and delivering products, organizing shipments, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00am–3:00pm
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm–7:00am
• Crew A & B: 7:00am–7:00pm
• Crew C & D: 7:00pm–7:00am

Shifts include holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Work environment is unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume.

Pay

$20.72 per hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver products for conversion into finished items
• Organize final products for shipping and distribution
• Share team goals and manage job assignments
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
• Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (desired)
• Previous experience working with a forklift or clamp truck
• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous experience in the corrugated industry (desired)

Skills

• Ability to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to work in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment

Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to work 8–12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
• Ability to work 8–12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
