Dripping Springs Warehouse, Onsite. Shift: Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm. Travel: 0%.
What You'll Do
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process
- Discern the quality of parts and materials used in production
- Assemble mechanical assemblies using electric screw drivers and hand tools as required
- Kit OEM components as part of a finished product
- Test and inspect finished products for defects
- Package and palletize finished products
- Follow verbal and written technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms
- Fill out work orders and serialization capturing forms
- Work safely in a warehouse environment
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
Technical Skills
- 6 months or more of experience performing mechanical assemblies using electric screw drivers and hand tools
- 6 months or more of experience doing electromechanical assembly
- Ability to solder (preferred)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting and evolving priorities
- Thorough knowledge of Windows PC / Linux environments and associated components (preferred)
- Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Employees may be trained and certified to operate a forklift; however, forklift operation will only be required after successful completion of company training and certification.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, occasionally with assistance from another team member.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality standards
- Familiarity with 5S methodologies
- Familiarity with Kanban Systems
Pay
$20-$25 an hour. Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
