About the role
Will be responsible for building complex wire harnesses and electrical assemblies that support the automotive, defense, and industrial industries. Will working with your hands, following technical blueprints, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical sub-assemblies according to engineered prints and customer specifications
- Use manual and automated tools to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires
- Apply protective looming, taping, and labeling to completed harnesses
- Perform visual inspections and continuity testing to support a zero-defect quality standard
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex diagrams and prints
- Comfortable using hand tools, wire cutters, and crimping equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive repair is preferred, but not required
