About the role

The Production Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the assembly line, ensuring quality control, and managing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assembly line to ensure production targets are met.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Train and mentor new employees in assembly techniques and safety protocols.
• Resolve conflicts among team members and manage team dynamics.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with industrial automation systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
