Responsibilities

• Overall product assembly, quality, performance, and productivity within the department
• Troubleshoot production problems
• Perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances
• Perform normal operator duties
• Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
• Operate a forklift

Requirements

• Extensive job knowledge of the assigned area
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management
• Ability to handle standard physical requirements (lifting 55 lb objects, standing for long periods of time, etc.)
• Experience with SAP/ERP programs
• 1+ year of experience in Assembly/Material Handling
• High School Diploma

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 4:00 pm)
• Overtime (weekday and weekends) as needed

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
