Production Assembler/Technician
About the role
The Flex Force (subsidiary of DZYNE) business is looking for a Production Assembler/Technician. This position works on the manufacturing, production, and service of products. This includes the on-time assembly, testing, quality, packaging, and shipping of US and international sales orders.
Responsibilities
- Receiving of both inventory and non-inventory materials and supply items
- Inventory management and accuracy
- Processing WO’s and conducting transactions in our ERP system
- Produce new units as well as conduct repairs
- Repair activities include: evaluating, estimating, and performing repairs, modification or overhaul of customer returned units to manufacturing specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler/Technician

- Inventory control
- Receiving, and shipping in an ITAR/Export Controlled environment
- Conduct oneself with a high degree of honesty and integrity
- Versatility in verbal & written communications
- Creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in identifying and resolving issues
- Follow goals, policies and standard operating procedures of the organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Work in cross functional teams
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Education
Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions
The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.
Physical Demands
Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.
Export Control / ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.
Work Authorization Requirement
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $25.52 to $40.00. Pay depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
