Mechanical Assembler / Production Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow the established work instructions for unpacking crates, assembling, disassembling, picking, and packing medical imaging parts and products.
  • Make sure to comply with safety, environment, health rules and quality requirements during the production process.
  • Rework on the product when needed with instructions from supervisor or engineers.
  • Maintain the equipment, tools and other instruments used periodically and participate in implementing 5S in the factory.
  • Keep up with production schedule, meeting the deadlines and targets.
  • Show good documentation practice in production records.
  • Assist warehouse in checking and packing finished products.

Requirements

  • Education: High school or above.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in mechanic or electric assembling is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in working with mechanical tools.
  • Required Skills: Basic knowledge of electric safety.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and targets.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
