Location & Work Schedule

Milan, OH – On‑site. Position is Production Assembler PT – B Shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned part bins and daily supply of parts at a station or while roving the line.
• Perform visual verification of parts and stocks of assigned part bins.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, single‑point lessons and standard work in assembly.
• Place appropriate parts and quantities on the chipboards with high attention to accuracy.
• Notify the assembler roving parts or the Lead when parts need replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using the company’s 5S model.
• Identify and/or initiate appropriate action to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality, either directly or through designated channels.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiencies are corrected.
• Maintain dexterity to handle various shapes and sizes of parts and tools necessary to perform job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
