Assembler II - B-Shift

Performs high-precision optical assembly and alignment in a clean-room environment, ensuring micron- and sub-micron accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Actively align lenses and optics using advanced metrology tools
• Verify performance and permanently secure components with adhesives while maintaining precise alignment
• Inspect optical elements and housings for defects
• Measure critical features
• Troubleshoot complex assembly issues
• Document alignment data accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in precision optical assembly or metrology
• Proficiency with alignment and measurement equipment
• Must meet ITAR/EAR criteria
