Production Assembler

About the role

A leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler, Arizona is seeking experienced Solder/Wire Harness Assembly Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Crimp, strip, and use various hand tools.
• Assemble products by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.
• Follow IPC-620 and J-STD-001 guidelines (in-house training is available).
• Follow assembly procedures and document all work in a traveler.

Requirements

• Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.
• A strong work ethic, an eye for quality, and a sense of pride.
• Must know how to read and use a ruler/scale/tape measure/caliper.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Read, speak, and write English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

$19 to $23 per hour

Schedule

Full time, 9/80 Schedule
Week 1 - Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:00p (overtime as required)
Week 2 - Mon-Thur 6:00am-4:00pm (overtime as required)
