Pay

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Schedule

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Performing complex mechanical and electrical assembly of lighting components and systems
• Interpreting technical documentation, drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Using specialized hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery
• Conducting in-process and final quality inspections, functional testing, and troubleshooting assembly issues
• Supporting engineering and manufacturing teams with prototype and special-order builds, and providing feedback for process improvements
• Assisting in training and mentoring less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Enjoy working independently and taking initiative to solve problems
• Familiar with using hand tools, power tools, and production machinery
• Committed to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork
