Production Assembler - 1st Shift- 5am-1:30pm

Location: 2200 E. Riverview Dr., Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19–20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble frame components using hand tools and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately construct frames.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
• Sort and organize materials and components needed for frame assembly.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to operate in and maintain a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Hand dexterity and strength.
• Prolonged sitting and terminal use.

Work Environment

• Primarily operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
