Production and Tolling Planner

Responsibilities

• Cook up production activity with external tollers, intercompany sites, and third-party partners.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and forecast-related data in D365.
• Support execution of production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor tolling activity and material flow to help ensure on-time availability.
• Generate reports and analyze trends related to production status, floorstock, inventory, and tolling operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Procurement, Production, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Help maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• Two to five years of experience in production planning, supply chain, data management, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly D365 and WMS, is preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification is a plus.
