About the role
Responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to meet demand and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales targets
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure materials and components
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production planning or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of supply chain management
