Production Administrative Batching Assistant

What You'll Do

  • Create and organize production packets, work orders, labels, drawings, and assembly instructions to support manufacturing operations
  • Generate and distribute production documentation required for equipment operation and workflow execution
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of production paperwork before release to the production floor
  • Maintain and update work order status and production records within company systems
  • Provide administrative support to production leadership and operations teams
  • Aid in data entry, reporting, and production tracking activities
  • Monitor documentation flow to ensure production schedules and priorities are supported
  • Maintain organized production records and filing systems
  • Support inventory tracking and reporting activities
  • Assist with maintaining accurate production and material records
  • Serve as a liaison between office personnel and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Cope with documentation or scheduling needs as addressed by supervisors and team members
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency and accuracy

  • Primarily office-based within a manufacturing or production facility
  • Sit, stand, walk, and move between office and production areas throughout the workday
  • Frequent use of computers, office equipment, and production management systems
  • To lift and move office materials and supplies as needed
  • May require extended hours based on business and production demands
