High Tide Theatrical is seeking a Production Administration & Archives Intern for its Fall 2026 Internship Program. This position offers hands-on experience supporting the systems, documentation, and organizational processes behind a growing nonprofit theatre company.
About the role
The intern will contribute to real production and administrative projects while learning how information moves from early planning through performance and post-production closeout. The intern will contribute approximately 5–8 hours per week. Most work will be remote or hybrid, with some required onsite meetings, performances, and events.
- Mandatory attendance includes monthly staff meetings, Ride the Cyclone College Night on September 11, and The Rocky Horror Show College Night on October 23.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining production calendars and checklists
- Organizing production folders and digital files
- Tracking playbill information
- Preparing or updating cast and crew contact sheets
- Taking meeting notes and tracking action items
- Supporting post-production documentation
- Organizing photo, video, and playbill archives
- Assisting with SharePoint organization
- Documenting production history and institutional knowledge
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and digital files
- Able to follow established naming and filing systems
- Reliable with deadlines and follow-through
- Interested in theatre production, arts administration, stage management, archives, or nonprofit operations
- Able to work independently while asking questions when needed
- At least 18 years old
- Arrange their own transportation to onsite activities
