What You'll Do
- Conduct laboratory testing according to established specifications and test methods.
- Follow daily testing schedules and work assignments to keep projects moving forward.
- Operate testing equipment and perform a variety of procedures within the lab.
- Collect data, perform basic calculations, and accurately document results.
- Ensure testing is completed correctly, safely, and on time.
- Develop a strong understanding of product specifications, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with team members to support quality control, process improvement, and product development initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math and calculation skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Active, hands-on role
- Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and moving throughout the workday
- Working with testing equipment and laboratory materials
- Using close attention to detail and visual accuracy when conducting tests and inspections
