Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility and accurate operation.
- Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, currency and player tracking cards and verify information and document discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot problems by identifying defects and executing appropriate fixes and maintain expected rate of output.
- Train and follow up on new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of experience with manufacturing assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations as they relate to assigned duties and proficiency with some relevant ERP tools.
- Basic knowledge or skills in communication, teamwork, intermediate mathematics, regulatory and jurisdictional requirements, materials management, and production processes.
- The use of small hand tools is required.
- Maintain a good attendance record and be able to stand a full shift, lift 50 lbs. regularly, and work overtime as required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, including management.
- Ability to add and subtract numbers, count and measure.

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr – $22/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.
Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
