Primary Responsibilities

  • Tests function of electronic assemblies/Sub-assemblies, components, systems, units and parts according to established procedures.
  • Tests electronics products, components and systems for electrical continuity and function and reliability on a variety of test platforms and static/dynamic stress chambers.
  • Determines if the designated products pass all test cycles. Collects diagnostic information needed to isolate any product failure. Notifies the appropriate statistical process control system.
  • Inspects product for the correct placement and orientation of untested components. Inspect products for any physical damage or contamination.
  • Places the appropriate test marks on all electronics pass test.
  • Reviews production schedules, process procedures and specifications regarding the sequential start-up operation and control of automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
  • Records data required for statistical process control of inventory management.
  • Performs sequential shutdown including the cleaning of the automated equipment of peripheral hardware.
  • Communicate any process problems with peers, leads, supervisors and or engineers.

Qualifications

  • Typically required 2 year related experience.
  • Demonstrate basic manufacturing line knowledge and participate in process.
  • Successful completion of company provided training may be required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand in an eight-hour work shift with mandatory rest and lunch breaks.
