This role involves evaluating consumer products, providing detailed feedback, and contributing to product improvements. Participants will engage in structured testing sessions and document observations for analysis. Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate consumer products through hands-on testing and usage to identify strengths and weaknesses.• Provide written and verbal feedback on product design, functionality, and user experience.• Participate in focus groups or structured feedback sessions with moderators.• Document and submit detailed observations, ratings, and suggestions for improvement.• Adhere to testing guidelines and confidentiality protocols as required. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Ability to articulate clear and constructive feedback on product performance.• Strong observational skills to identify usability issues or design flaws.• Willingness to participate in structured feedback sessions and follow instructions.• Basic proficiency with digital tools for submitting feedback or documentation.• Reliability in meeting scheduled testing sessions and deadlines.
