Responsibilities

• Inspect all assembled products in the run lane for delivery.
• Assess whether products can be repaired or must be replaced.
• Restore products to like-new conditions using techniques such as refinishing, re-upholstery, painting, etc.
• Repair damaged stock, wood, fabric, leather, and metal furniture using approved methods.
• Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules, including WHMIS.
• Document and complete service reports and paperwork, including inventory control information.
• Communicate any issues (mechanical or otherwise) on the service vehicles.
• Attend training on furniture repair topics.
• Inspect and validate the repair parts.
• Ensure compliance with all safe work practices and rules.
• Assure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the company’s values in all aspects of their work performance.
• Participate in our National Certification program.

Qualifications

• Completion of electronic paperwork within our software platform.
