About the role

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
  • Document customer issues and resolutions in a knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Train new team members on product features and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
