About the role
The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
- Document customer issues and resolutions in a knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Train new team members on product features and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
