Responsible for providing high-quality customer support through phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, escalate complex cases, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
