Product Support Sales Representative

Key Job Duties

• Establish, maintain, and service accounts by building rapport and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and implement aggressive prospecting strategies to uncover sales opportunities.
• Create relationships with a group of different industries including traditional and nontraditional customers.
• Create strategic sales presentations and business plans based on customer needs and the G&W Equipment portfolio of services.
• Maintain regular contact onsite and via telephone with current, previous, and potential customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) year outside sales experience in similar or related industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills.
• General understanding of the sales CRM system.
• High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers.
• Ability to remain persistent and overcome customers objections.
