Product Support Integrator / Project Manager I
About the role
Coordinate and execute day-to-day maintenance and product support activities for Department of War robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems. Serve as a direct liaison to the military user community, Government stakeholders, technical teams, and logistics personnel to support equipment readiness and mission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track maintenance activities, support schedules, readiness actions, work orders, repair status, parts requirements, and logistics resources.
- Implement product support strategies by developing operational-level plans that ensure users receive timely and effective maintenance and sustainment support.
- Develop, maintain, and contribute to maintenance plans, support schedules, logistics requirement documents, readiness metrics, and related product support documentation.
- Carefully coordinate logistics actions for necessary parts, resources, field service support, and technical information required to sustain operational equipment.
- Aid with program reviews, status updates, meeting materials, action item tracking, and customer communications related to maintenance and product support execution.
- Identify maintenance, logistics, readiness, and sustainment issues and recommend corrective actions to support mission continuity and contract performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative experience in product support, field service engineering, or maintenance coordination specifically for Department of War robotic, autonomous, and unmanned ground systems.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating maintenance and support activities directly with military end users of robotic systems.
- Proven experience developing and contributing to maintenance plans, support schedules, or logistics requirement documents for a military robotic system.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and detailed technical information accurately.
- Experience supporting equipment readiness, logistics coordination, sustainment planning, field service support, or related product support activities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and related logistics, maintenance, or reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders, military end users, technical personnel, subcontractors, and a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Government contracting experience preferred.
